Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner. 3 Nights Minimum Rates are in $US and subject to change without notice. Check in after 3:PM EST call for early check in availability. Check out 11AM There is a minimum age requirement of 26 years old to rent the house without parents.
50 % of the cost of stay due upon booking. All reservations require a $1000.00 security deposit, which will be refunded within 5 days of your departure if the house is left in satisfactory condition with no damages. The full balance must be paid at least 7 days prior to arrival. All payments must be made with PayPal, personal check or money order.
Cancellation: If there is a cancellation up to 45 days prior to check in a full refund of all monies paid will be issued. If there is a cancellation within 45 days of check in a full credit will be issued to be applied towards future trips. Feel free to contact me.
