Description of the Property
Our spacious comfortable home (overlooking a quiet lake) is located in the Meadow Woods (Buenaventura Lakes) area of Orlando. This is a largely residential development close to Kissimmee, Osceola Parkway, Central Florida Greeneway and Florida's Turnpike, ideally placed for all Orlando's major attractions - Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World can all be reached in approximately 20 minutes. Within a mile is a shopping plaza with a large (Publix) supermarket, off-licence, Chinese restaurant / take-away and other useful shops. There is a larger shopping plaza 2 miles from the home and many restaurants and shopping malls within easy reach.
The main living area has three luxurious sofas (2 of which are leather) where you can watch cable TV and DVDs or alternatively you can just relax and enjoy the varied wildlife on the lake and the spectacular sunsets. A second living area has a large sofa bed and another sofa and is adjacent to the dining area with a large table and six chairs .
The kitchen is fully fitted with oven/hob, waste disposal, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave and dishwasher; all cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery as well as blender, coffee machine, toaster and tea pot are provided. Next to the kitchen is a breakfast area, which also overlooks the lake, with an oval table and six chairs. The utility room (next to the garage) has an enormous washing machine and tumble drier.
The master bedroom (overlooking the pool and lake) has a queen sized bed, an en-suite bathroom containing bath and shower, a very large walk in wardrobe, ample drawer space and a large TV. A second double bedroom also has a queen sized bed, together with a large wardrobe, drawer space and en-suite shower room. Two further twin bedrooms both have wardrobes and drawer space and share a bathroom with bath / shower.
The pool is rectangular and a good size (32' x 12'). Pool heating, which is available for an additional charge, is recommended for the months of October to May.
The home is fully air conditioned and all bed linen and towels are provided.
We provide free DSL Internet access - bring your own laptop with ethernet port and just plug it in. Local calls are free on the telephone.

The home is located in a quiet residential area and backs onto a tranquil lake which a variety of birds (including egrets and ducks) frequent.
The local Publix supermarket is within a short drive and also an easy walk (15 minutes).

All the central Orlando Theme Parks (Disney, Universal, Seaworld) are an easy 20 minute drive.
Local shops are within a mile. A new shopping centre, The Loop, is only a few minutes drive but includes numerous shops, restaurants and a cinema.

A booking will be confirmed once the completed booking form and the booking deposit have been received. Full payment is required 8 weeks before rental start date. We do not request a breakage deposit but we do require a Guest Registration Form to be completed, including Credit Card details which will only be used in the event of any negligent damage, excessive cleaning charges, missing inventory items or non-returned keys.
The booking deposit is $150 per week.
Booking deposits and final payments are non-returnable, other than in exceptional circumstances.
