Rental Rate Notes
Reservation Policy: Upon confirmation of reservation dates, the rental agreement will be sent to guests for review and signature. Reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of signed contract and payment. The reservation fee is 50% of the rental rate. The remaining 50% will be due 30 days prior to arrival date, along with the cleaning fee and security deposit. $750 fully refundable security deposit returned within 7 days minus any damages. $300 Non-refundable cleaning fee. If Occupant cancels or otherwise terminates this Agreement, the reservation fees will not be refunded unless the Premises are re-rented to another party. No Smoking anywhere on property.
