Bedrooms have wall-to-wall Berber carpeting, lightweight, multi-season down comforters and views of the mountains. The Master Bedroom has a slate walk -in shower and double sink lavatory. Another full bath is found between the other two bedrooms at the opposite end of the home.

The home is fully stocked with towels, linens, basic kitchen items, paper goods and soaps. The rental rate usually includes end-of-the-stay cleaning. House Rules: Smoking is not allowed in the home. Only the number of guests listed on the reservation form may stay in the home. Pets are not allowed in the home without prior approval from My Montana. Additional fees may be charged for pet stays. If furniture in the home is moved during the stay, it must be returned to the original location within the home. You will forfeit your security deposit in full and will be responsible for related charges if these rules are not followed. Cancellation Policy: A full refund, less 10% will be offered if the cancellation is made 60 days before arrival date. If cancelled within the 60 days, best efforts will be made to fill the space, but a refund of the deposit will be made only if the home can be re-rented.
Refunds and Security Deposits: The security deposit is $750 and is intended to cover damages and missing items. As long as there has not been damage or “greater than normal” wear and tear, the security deposit check/charge that was being held during the stay will be destroyed within 10 days of your departure.
