We must receive a personal check, or payment by credit card for the first payment within 7 days of initial booking. Once it is received dates are officially reserved. The balance of the rental payment is due 30 days prior to check in.
The deposit will be mailed back to you or credited back onto your credit card within ten (10) business days of your departure.
