You will be met by the BRIC International staff upon arrival and given a complete tour of the home and property amenities. All rentals also include maid service, delivery of bottled drinking water to your door and a local cell phone for your use while staying with us. Rental Rate Notes
12% Tourism fee is applied to all rentals. Vacation Travel Insurance is available on all reservations. Payment types accepted include Visa, MasterCard and American Express $300 reservation deposit is required to confirm. All reservations must be paid via major credit card including Visa, MasterCard or American Express. A $300 reservation deposit is required to reserve and confirm your reservation. A 12% Tourism Booking fee will be added to all reservations and processed via credit card. Remaining Balance is due in two equal payments, each 30 ad 60 days prior to arrival date. All reservations include Maid Service, Delivery of Drinking Water and a local cell phone for your use while staying with us.
$300 reservation deposit required upon confirmation.
At least 60 days prior to arrival a full refund less $300 processing fee. 30-60 days a 50% Refund Within 30 days, no refund unless the property is re-rented. Travel Insurance is available on all reservations.
