Good cookware, coffee grinders, wine glasses, etc. in the kitchen, to a fireplace, cable TV and DVD and CD player in the living room. From the interior of the home, the house offers stunning oceanviews from the large wall to wall and floor to ceiling double sliding glass doors that lead to the large oceanside deck with tables, chairs, barbecue, and outdoor hot tub. The additional deck at the front of the home provides another outdoor dining area and is a perfect place to enjoy coffee in the morning sun. Fido and the kids will be happy playing in the grassy fenced oceanfront yard and for those who like to walk the beach, the residential beach access is located only 7 houses away. A clean public restroom is at this beach access with parking for 4 cars.
Bedrooms are as follows: King, Queen, Double , and two twins. There are two additional cable TV's in the bedrooms. All sheets and linens are provided as well as built in hair-dryers in bathrooms.

June 11-Sept.6: Summer weekly rentals only. $2400/week Sundays/Sundays. FALL SPECIALS; MID-WEEK AS LOW AS $195/NIGHT. Thanksgiving $350/night with 4 night minimum. New Years also $350/night.
