Truly one of the most breath-taking views in all "Old Vallarta". Imagine the night, warm and comforting, a light dinner, a glass of wine (or Corona) and a million dollar view!

Casa de Los Suenos is a two story suite, the top floor featuring a full kitchen, full bath, dining for six to eight and living room all opening up to a large terrace with a built in tiled gas grill, prawns anyone?

This suite has been thoughtfully appointed from the use of bright yellow fabrics, Mexican style furnishings, flowing raw cotton draperies, even rod iron railings shaped as palm trees. The entire effect gives you the tropical feel of old Mexico while still offering all the comforts of home.

The kitchen was totally remodelled in July 2007 with new cabinets, appliances and slate counter tops. The new refrigerator offers frost free lower freezer and a cold water dispenser in the door. Also installed in the new kitchen is a built in water purifier so that drinking water is readily available, no more hauling water bottles.

We also hope you enjoy the new ceiling fans on all floors including the upper terrace to keep the Mexican breezes flowing, or if you come visit for a summer escape, why not cool down with the air conditioning?

With the seemingly endless acres of cotton draping around you, one feels as if they are living in a scene from Lawrence of Arabia.

The living room is equipped with an extremely comfortable sofa bed and the entire room can be separated from the rest of the suite to offer complete privacy. So sit back listen to your favorite tunes on our stereo or pick a movie from our video library and enjoy the surround sound flat screen TV.

The master suite with private bath and terrace is entirely contained on the lower floor. When sharing this lovely vacation home with family or friends this layout offers excellent privacy and flexibility. You also have your own stereo and flat screen Tv/dvd if a little quiet time is needed.

Vista Mar is located on the hillside, in the south side of "Old Town" in the stunning area of Amapas. Fabulous restaurants, excellent shopping and the famous Los Muertos Beach are all a ten minute walk or $3.50 taxi ride away, yes we have a phone for resevations or calling new friends in PV.

Had enough sun or just want some quiet time, why not spend a few hours on the lounging deck by Vista Mars private heated pool. Guests of Casa de Los Suenos will also be provided with bath towels, linens and maid service.
