If you like to watch fabulous romantic sunsets, and the lights shimmer off the water from the pier in the evening, or the sound of the waves rolling in none stop while sitting in a chase lounge watching a great movie with your evening tea or a cup of coffee, a morning stroll on the beach from your own private entrance and lots of room for every one to spread out, then Sunset Cottage at Sandy Beach Cottage Inn is for you. 2000 Square feet upstairs with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and unobstructed views all around and an attached studio downstairs with a sweet sitting area, kitchenette and it's own private entrance, you can rent them together or if you don't need the 3rd bedroom, you can rent just the top unit. Sunset Cottage is decorated with vintage furniture pieces and vintage dishes, sweet bed and breakfast style bedrooms with down comforters on the beds in the winter. It's especially peaceful and quiet in the winter months and if you're looking for total rest and relaxation, a place you can come and just sort of get away, come during the winter months or the off season. We offer winter rates, and it's truly the best time to come to Oceanside in the winter months.

Sunset Cottage here in Oceanside Ca. is located just 2 blocks south of the Oceanside Pier, 3 blocks from town, and 2 blocks from the Oceanside train station. Sunset Cottage boasts of unobstructed fabulous views from every room and over 2000 square feet, with sliders to the deck that spans the length of the building. Our living room has 2 sofa’s, a chase lounge, swivel rocker along with Adirondack chairs positioned to look out over the water where you could enjoy a cup of coffee as you read the morning paper and a dinette table. We also have a more formal dining table in the dining room for a beautiful display over the holidays, or for your entire family if you should decide to also rent our other 4 cottage style apartments for a family reunion. Our third bedroom is actually a 350 square foot studio down stairs and has a sweet sitting area, a kitchenette with a microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot a queen bed and TV/DVD. We provide linins, beach towels, chairs, beach toys, bikes, and umbrellas for your comfort and enjoyment. We also have a private beach level entry with a hose to rinse, private shower, washer/dryer and storage for your boards, chairs and toys.

Activities and Attractions
We are just blocks from the pier and Ruby's Restaurant, next door to the park, 4 blocks from downtown Oceanside where you'll find the Movie Theater, several new restaurants including sushi and a new steak house, a farmers market on Thursday's loaded with food venders, local arts and crafters and usually a band, coffee houses and shopping. Two blocks from the train station for those who may enjoy a day trip to San Diego, Old Town, Horton Plaza, Coronado Island, Sea World or Seaport Village, or you can head north to Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm and Great America. Surf lessons in front of our building in the summer, life guards, and several churches all within walking distance, plus parking and several water toys to choose from. The marina and harbor are about 2 miles north with a fine selection of restaurants and shopping as well.

Please add 10%tax, $110.00 cleaning fee, $20.00 processing fee and 3.5% if you would like to use a credit cardRental Policies
Five Eleven is available for a 3 month minimum stay only. We require a security/damage and reservation deposit that is totally refundable provided all the unit and building rules and agreements are adhered to.
A refundable $500.00 securtiy and damage deposit is required and we accept credit cards for an additional 3.5%. Additional deposits are required by the HOA and are also refundable.
Please give us at least 2 weeks notice if you need to cancel for any reason.
