Sweet Dreams

Pigeon Forge cabin rentals: Sweet Dreams, White Oak Estates 368 is a 1 bedroom plus loft, 1.5 bath log cabin located about 5 miles from Pigeon Forge. Enter through the oak, leaded glass entry door and step into your own private wooded haven. This beautiful, secluded cabin features a gas logs fireplace, 2 Color TV's - one with satellite and Dvd/vcr combo, the other with Dvd/vcr combo only. There is a full sized, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and coffeemaker, and a charcoal cooking grille. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed plus a 2 person Jacuzzi in the master suite. Massive, architectural trusses frame the loft bedroom, which features a full bed, a twin-size daybed with trundle and a new air hockey table. There is a 6 person hot tub on the deck, along with new log rocking chairs to enjoy that wonderful view. Playstation 2 with 2 games has just been addedd.

Rental Policies

Rules and Regulations of Fireside Chalets, LLC. Pigeon Forge, Tn - Understanding this to be a Contract Please Note: You must be 21 years of age or older to rent a cabin or chalet. Rates: are subject to change without notice. Fireside Chalets LLC will not be responsible for errors on confirmations, e-mail, etc. In addition to room rate there will be a clean fee, processing fee and if applicable, a pet fee. Minimum Stays: There is a 2-night minimum stay except on holidays. In October and during special events there is a 3-night minimum. (Some holidays 4 to 5 night minimum) Check-in Time: begins at 3:00 PM, however during peak times there may be a delay and your patience is appreciated. All check-ins must be in by close of business day unless arrangements have been made. All late arrivals must be paid in full. Please check with the office if you arrive early, plan on arriving late, or need assistance with directions. Payment: Payment must be made in full at check in. No keys or maps will be given until balance is paid in full. Sorry we cannot give directions to cabins prior to check-in. For larger parties, please have payment divided among your party prior to arrival. We cannot accept multiple payments. Checks are not accepted. We will accept Money orders, traveler's checks, Visa, MasterCard and Cash. Photo ID is required at check-in. Check-out Time: is at 11:00 AM, an additional charge will apply for late checkouts. However additional days may be available, please contact our staff for availability. Keys: There is a $5.00 charge per key not returned upon check-out. Some of our cabins are equipped with a fire door. (Door locks automatically when closed) Please check to see if this applies. Occupancy: Occupancy is limited to the number of people booked into that unit only. Additional guests will be $10.00 per person per night. House is only booked to accommodate the number that the house will hold per sleeping arrangement. This number is to include all children and adults.... Occupancy limits will be strictly enforced!!! No house parties are allowed!!!! Guests violating these rules will be asked to leave the premises forfeiting all remaining rent. Pets: As we may have guests with allergies, we have established a NO PETS policy. If a pet is found in a chalet this is a violation of our policy you will be asked to leave forfeiting all remaining rent and your security deposit. There will also be a $125.00 cleaning fee charged to you, to cover the carpet and furniture cleaning. This policy does not apply to our pet friendly homes. DOGS ONLY. Those in pet friendly homes need to abide by pet rules and regulations. There is a $50.00 plus tax, non-refundable pet charge, per pet. Dogs are not to be over 35 lbs. Dogs are not to be left unattended. They must be crated if left alone in the cabin. Owners must take full responsibility for any damages caused by their pet. We assume no responsibility for your pets. Bugs and Animals: Some of our cabins are in the mountains, we do have monthly pest control, however, you are in the mountains and you may experience critters. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please don't feed the animals. Non smoking: Some of our homes have a no smoking policy. Rules are strictly enforced. Guests Responsibilities: Guests will assume full responsibility for damages, excessive cleaning charges or missing items from the chalets due to negligence. Deposit: A Deposit of $100.00 will secure your reservations for your stay, which will be applied toward your room rate. We accept Visa and MasterCard, Money Orders and Certified checks. An imprint of your Visa or MasterCard will be required upon check-in for a security deposit. In the event you don't have a credit card, a cash deposit is required- amount depends on cabin size. $100.00 per bedroom is standard policy. Deposit is refundable, by mail, within 10 days of departure, providing there are no damages. You will be asked to provide a valid driver's license for verification of person who is renting the cabin and showing the responsible party of the cabin. Hot Tubs: Hot tub covers will be inspected after each rental. Damages to any cover will result in a $350.00 charge. Please use care in removing and replacing the cover to prevent damages. In using the hot tub please DO NOT use any oils or bubbles in the tubs - if so, there will be a $30.00 charge. DO NOT wear jewelry in the tub. Wearing makeup may cause a reaction due to the chemicals used in the tubs. Hot tubs are treated with Bromine or chlorine. If you have sensitivity to either chemical, please do not use hot tubs. We recommend that you shower after being in the hot tub. If you have any medical conditions please contact your physician before using hot tub. Use hot tub at your own risk. Please check water temperatures in the whirlpool, bath and hot tubs before entering. Pool Tables: Some of our cabins have pool tables. There will be a $15.00 charge to replace broken pool sticks. If the felt on the pool table is damaged, there will be a $350.00 charge to replace the felt. Please be very careful when playing pool, so that other guests may enjoy the use of the table too. No Littering: We ask that you do not litter. We love our mountains and want to keep them beautiful. If you have excessive garbage or you do not want to leave your garbage outside, we have garbage receptacles beside our office for your convenience. First drive on right past office. Please do not feed the animals. Fire prevention: Our mountains are vulnerable to forest fires. Most cabins have gas fireplaces. If you have a wood burning fireplace, use extreme care with fireplace ashes, fires and smoking materials. Never spray water into the fireplace. No fireworks. A fire could be disastrous. Please do not leave the chalet while fireplace is burning. Open damper before building a fire. If you have a wood burning fireplace, please do not toss hot wood into yard of chalet. Fireplaces are in operation: October 1st through April 1st. Firewood is furnished during season, kindling is not provied. Telephone Service: Local phone calls are free. However, long distance calls are blocked. Prepaid calling cards or any other card using a 1-800 number to access is accepted. Satellite TV Systems: You will be charged for any Pay per View Movie that is watched or attempted to receive. These transactions do show on owners billing statements. There are blocks on the systems to try and prevent this. Check out Procedures: in summer set thermostat at 75 degrees, in the winter set at 60 degrees. Fans stay on auto. Dishes used should be washed, dried and put away in cabinets. Trash should be bagged and put in outside garbage cans. Place furniture in original position. Leave linens on bed, wet towels on bathroom floor. If these things are not done there will be a change against your deposit or imprint of your card. The settings on the refrigerators are correct. Please do not adjust them. If you should adjust them, please make sure that it is set back to its original setting when you leave. If proper procedures are not taken, there is a minimum $25.00 charge. Care of our Homes: Please treat our homes as your own --- leaving them in proper order. Respect to Neighbors: Please be a good neighbor and observe usual and customary quiet times. We will take action for any disturbances and guest will be held liable and will be asked to leave forfeiting remaining rent. Firewood: Firewood is furnished during season. (October thru March) Gas fireplaces only on October thru March. Kindling not provided. Guests staying at Shagbark Community or River Pointe: No ATV's, RV's, Campers or Trailers. No vehicles towing car trailers or campers are permitted. Please inform reservations if you are towing a trailer or camper. We also have some areas that these types of vehicles will not be possible to get to. Some areas have limited parking. Shagbark does not allow any massage therapy companies in their community. Liability: This rental program is under the management of Fireside Chalets, who acts only as an agent for the owners. Under no circumstances will Fireside Chalets, LLC be responsible for any loss, expense, damage, claims, injury, direct or indirect consequential or otherwise. Fireside Chalets reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any person and /or rescind any contract for accommodations or guest services. All properties are privately owned; Management Company, Fireside Chalets, LLC, and the homeowner will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. If legal action is needed guests will be responsible for all legal fees. WEATHER RELATED - The weather in Tennessee sometimes cannot be predictable. In case of impassable roads, we will try and accommodate you with another cabin of similar type. If it is calling for inclement weather while you are staying with us, please make sure you get all supplies needed in case of power outage (flashlights, matches, extra non-perishable food, bottled water, etc.). Fireside Chalets, LLC and the individual homeowners will not be responsible for maintaining the conditions of roads, decks and driveways in the event of snow, ice, rain, etc. All of our units are located on county and city roads and are not maintained by the rental agency or homeowner. Fireside Chalets will not perform "rescue missions". The guest agrees to take full responsibility for their safety as well as the passengers in the vehicle. The guest also understands that the risk of traveling in inclement weather may result in loss of property, damage, loss of life, etc. After hours calls: There may be a fee for some after hours emergency calls. (Example: $20.00 locking yourself out, etc.) Fireside Chalets will not be responsible for any items left in the cabin. Please check your cabin before leaving. We no longer have a lost and found due to the large number of items left behind. Deposit: A Deposit of $100.00 will secure your reservations for your stay, which will be applied toward your room rate. We accept Visa and MasterCard, Money Orders and Certified checks. Cancellation Policy & Refunds: If for any reason you should need to cancel, please call our office 14 days prior to your arrival at which time you may receive 50% of your deposit back or go into re-booking for up to 6 months. If you fail to call or reschedule you will be charged a one night rate plus $100.00 deposit. In the event of failure of appliances, whirlpool, hot tub, central heat and air, any public utilities including satellite or cable TV, we will make every effort to correct the malfunction as soon as possible. Neither the rental company nor the property owners will be obligated to refunds in the event of failure. You are responsible for the entire booking once your reservation has been made and confirmed. There will be a $20.00 plus tax, fee for any changes made to your reservation. (Change in cabins, dates, etc.) Refunds for Early Departure: No refunds for any reason, this will include weather conditions as we have reserved these days for your enjoyment.
