The location of this Lake Front home is outstanding. This is a lovely 2 story, four-bedroom home near the bottom of the dune in Union Pier. You will enjoy stunning views of the lake from several areas of the home, and the extraordinary deck area. The first floor includes one of the four bedrooms, the common areas, and the first floor living room. The second floor features yet another living area, and the remaining 3 bedrooms. The amenities are all here; such as a dishwasher, washer & drier, fireplace, Jacuzzi bathtub. Overlooking the beach, the house has the benefit of a large deck, 80 windows, and ceiling fans in every room to provide full access to lake breezes. There is no air conditioning to come between you and the beauty of these surroundings. Located in Union Pier.

1) How do I rent one of your Properties? Call (269)469-0468 ext 112 or email to check on availability, listing your top choices in order of preference, and the specific dates you are interested in. Upon making your reservation, you will provide us with your Name, Address, Phone, Plus Credit Card Number to confirm your reservation. For deposit, we will bill 1/2 the cost of the rental to your credit card. The balance is billed directly to your credit card upon arrival. We can then either fax or mail you confirmation and the rental agreement. Please review and sign rental agreement, then fax or mail it to our office ASAP.
