Tinker Bell's Tree House

Make your whole vacation an adventure at Tinker Bell's Tree House, our spacious and luxurious 7 Bedroom, 6 Bathroom privately owned vacation home located just 2 miles from Disney, Orlando. This villa is situated in the vacation home community of Rolling Hills Estates, Kissimmee, Florida, located close to shops, restaurants, and grocery stores.

Surrounded by an array of palm trees and tropical flora, this 2700 square foot vacation villa, is situated on one of the largest lots in the community of Rolling Hills Estates. Fenced for your privacy, the villa grounds come complete with a Tot Lot with children's play houses, climbers, and slides. The large pie shaped lot offers plenty of room to play both inside and outside of the screened pool area.

Enjoy a large south facing 30 X 15 foot private heated pool and 7 foot circular spa. The pool depth ranges from 3 to 6 feet. The 13 X 9 foot Lanai (covered patio area) adjoining the villa is the perfect place to sip your morning coffee or enjoy breakfast. Lay back in the private screened in pool area on one of many loungers.

Children will love the Tot Lot designed especially for them. Here they will find a castle Princesses and Princes, a pirate ship, climbers, and slides.

A vaulted ceiling rises up above the large great room (16 X 14 feet) where you will find comfortable leather furniture, and a 52 inch big screen TV, DVD player, VCR, and stereo. There is a DVD and video library consisting of children's videos and popular movies for your enjoyment.

This vacation home boasts two 52 inch TV's. Every bedroom and even the games room and loft has a TV; totalling 10 TV's in all! Everyone can watch just what they please.

Whether you are finished park hopping for the day or are just taking a day to relax with your family, you will enjoy the well equipped games room. For your entertainment the games room comes complete with a full size slate pool table, 7 foot air hockey table, and foosball, or just relax on the sofa and watch TV.

Tinker Bell vacations in style and so will you in one of this villa's 7 bedrooms, 4 of which are King Size Master bedrooms. Three of the king sized bedrooms have private bathroom while the fourth king sized bedroom has a Jack and Jill bathroom which is great for a family to share. Either way with 6 full bathrooms you should not find yourself waiting in a line for a bathroom.

The Main Master Suite is fit for Tinker Bell herself, with a King Size plush bed, a 52 inch TV and DVD player for private viewing. This Suite is perfect for a young family that wants to sleep close together using the full size wooden crib also within this suite.

If Animal Kingdom is your favourite park then come live on the wild side in our tastefully decorated Safari Master Suite with ensuite and king size bed, TV, and DVD player.

If you didn't get enough of intergalactic activity at Epcot's Mission Space or the Kennedy Space Center you will love the Buzz Light Year space themed bedroom with 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed. The bedroom has a Jack and Jill bathroom, TV, and DVD player.

Your kids will love our new Disney Cars themed bedroom based on the hit movie Cars. This main floor bedroom has 3 twin beds, Cars themed TV, and DVD player.

The princesses in your family will enjoy their own Royal Chambers complete with two Tinker Bell Carriage Canopy beds, Princess Toddler Bed, TV and DVD player.

Children can enjoy privacy in the cozy upstairs loft where you will find an Xbox, games, TV, and DVD player.

Sleeping accommodations include 4 King beds, 1 Queen bed, 6 twin beds, 1 Toddler bed, 1 Full Size crib, and 3 Pack'n'Plays (portable playpens). This provides for 16 guests without even using the Toddler bed or Crib.

Tinker Bell's Tree House comes complete with everything you will need when travelling with children. We provide all children's items free of charge. Our standard children's items include; 4 strollers (1 double stroller and 3 single strollers), 3 high chairs, 3 booster seats, 3 Pack'n'Plays (playpens), 2 bedrails, 2 baby monitors, plus toys and books. For your children's safety and to comply with Florida law there are alarms on all doors and windows that lead to the pool and spa area.

With a fully equipped kitchen and a Kid's Kitchen Cupboard which includes Disney Dishes just for kids, you will have every comfort of home and more. You will find a full sized refrigerator/freezer (with ice-maker), electric stove, dishwasher and 2 microwaves. There is also an electric kettle, 2 coffee makers, 2 toasters, a crock pot (slow cooker), and a blender. There is an ample supply of cutlery, dinnerware, serving dishes, pots and pans and utensils for your family and for entertaining. There are plastic containers for packing snacks for the children and insulated coolers if you pack a lunch.

Other vacation home amenities include Cable TV, washer and dryer, high speed wireless internet, free long distance phone calls in Continental United States, Canada, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, Alaska, and North Marian Islands, all bedroom and bathroom linens and a hair dryer in each bathroom. And of course this vacation villa is fully air conditioned and heated.
