Saw Creek Estates. Relax in Tranquility in this spacious 3-bedroom cabin home that sleeps 8 (pull-out bed in the basement, perfect for the kids). A fully-finished basement serves as an entertainment room. Relax in the hot tub overlooking the woods, listen to the rushing creek in the back; and enjoy a good book and a warming fire (there are 2!). Do as much or as little as you like - but know that it is all here for you.
The home offers a cozy feel with a screened in porch (perfect for relaxing in the evening), plenty of games for all ages, and an indoor Jacuzzi tub in the master bath. There are DVD players, including one with surround sound, as well as miscellaneous movies and a multi- function game center that has foosball, table tennis, checkers, chess and more.
If grilling is your thing, there is a gas grill out on the back deck. Alternately, you can dine out at one of the many fine local restaurants including the Top Of the World Restaurant just minutes away and in the same community. Saw Creek Estates also offers 4 outdoor pools (seasonal), 2 indoor pools with hot tubs, a fitness center, basketball, tennis, and racket ball courts; shuffle board; a ski hill in the winter; and miscellaneous events throughout the year for adults and children. You never have to leave the community however, if you decide to do so, there are 2 great ski areas close by: Shawnee Mountain and Camelback (in the summer the latter is a water park called Camelbeach). There is also have lots of shopping, including an outlet mall and a good old flee market. Bushkill Falls is also highly-recommended, and just a few miles away. The Pocono's also offers an outdoor summer concert theatre, The Sherman Theater in Stroudsburg ( Whatever your game is, we have it covered: from bowling, movies, golfing - including mini-golf, canoeing, kayaking, tubing, horseback ridding, snow tubing or just looking at nature's beauty as the seasons change.
The house is heated by electric heat and propane. The fireplace in the basement is propane and there is wood outside for the wood-burning fireplace in the living room. There is an air conditioner unit in the loft that cools the entire house for those extra hot days. Everything is provided for your stay. All you need to bring is yourself and your comfort things. A washer and dryer are also located on the property. Located about 90 minutes from NYC and 2 hours from Philadelphia.

Rates $650.00 a weekend (Friday - Sunday) $1,250.00 a week (Friday-Friday) Please call or email us for current specials. Rates may vary and are based on standard occupancy. Discounts do not apply to holiday weekends. The house is guaranted to be spotless due to the fact we also own a cleaning service in the area. Mountain Cleaning Service. Check us out on the web at . All linens including towels will be provided. All you need to bring is you, your clothes, cds, dvds, toileties, food and a relaxed state of mind. And before you rest your head at night there will be a special treat for you. Checks can be mailed to and made payable to David J. Henon 36 Westerleigh Road New Haven, CT 06515 If your reservation is made less than 30 days you must send a certified check for the inital payment or Paypal. You may need to due several transactions depending on the your rentals rate. You may also request an invoice through PayPal to submitt payment. A non refundable deposit of $100.00 is due ASAP to reserve the home for the dates mentioned above. Full lease amount minus the $100.00 is due 30 days prior to occupancy. In the event of cancellation, the full lease amount minus the $100.00 deposit will be refunded up to 14 days prior to occupancy. No refunds will be given after this time. Security Deposit: A security deposit in the amount of $300.00 shall be due 14 days in advance. The check must clear before arrival date. If you are bringing a pet there is an additional $200.00 security depost required. The entire security deposit, or any balance of the deposit remaining after lawful deductions, shall be returned to tenant within 14 days. An itemized account of expenses with amount returned if applicable.Rental Policies
