Description of the Property
Our new Villa Oceano is located in the prestigious area of Marina Brisas. We just purchased our new home and are making it available to rent when we are not there. All of our furniture and linens are new, some furntiure was only delivered after we have been to our beautiful villa so we do not have pictures yet.
We have a beautiful view of the bay of Acapulco, both at day and at night. All bedrooms have air conditioning. You can either walk to Guitarron beach or walk to the Marina Club as our villa includes a membership to the Marina Club. In addition to our private swimming pool the Marina Club has a huge infinite pool overlooking the Bay of Acapulco where you can order a casual lunch or hold a party for a large group. You can also have a boat pick you up at the marina for a fishing trip or a cruise of the bay.
The Marina Brisas area is a gated community and is a wonderful location to explore the area from. Our house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and sleeps 8 people. We supply weekly maid service and there is a washer and dryer and a full service kitchen. We also have a two car attached garage and a private swimming pool.

The Master Bedroom suite has a huge walk in dressing room and large private bathroom. The master bedroom has a King sized bedroom suite with a large flat screen TV and DVD player. It also has a triple patio door onto a terrace overlooking the pool and provides another vista of the Bay of Acapulco.
The second bedroom has 2 double beds and a terrace overlooking the pool and a view of the Bay of Acapulco. It has an attached full sized bathroom.
The thrid bedroom has two single beds and an attached bathroom. All of the bedrooms are air conditioned.
There is a Weber BBQ on the pool deck ready for your use. We have teak patio furniture and 2 large umbrellas on the sunny pool area. The pool deck area is also perfect for outdoor dining. There is a full service kitchen with a gas stove and extra large refrigerator.
We have a two car attached garage with electronic garage door opener.
We can arrange additional maid service or a cook with advance notice.

Activities and Attractions
Acapulco is best known for the most beautiful bay views in the world. It is known for its daredevil cliff divers, sandy beaches, glittering nightlife and perfect weather. Acapulco is a sophisticated and multi-lingual city. It is Mexico's 5th largest city.
Acapulco Bay, with its sparkling lights by night and blue waters by day; beaches ranging from the very public to the very secluded, including Barra Vieja, Revolcadero, Playa Diamanto, Playa Puerto Marques, Playa Guitarron, La Condessa Beach, Playa Hornos and Playa Hornitos, Playa Icacos, Playa Caleta and Pie dela Cuesta.
Sports available include world class fishing, golf, tennis, water sports of every kind including sailing, swimming, scuba diving, snorkeling, surfing, water skiing, jet sking, parasailing, wind surfing and deep sea fishing. There is also horseback riding.
There are more than 150 restaurants featuring international and Mexican cuisine. You can eat at a French resaurant one evening and Italian the next. There is great shopping available ranging from international fashion to local shops featuring silver, ceramics, handmade textiles, leathers and other crafts.
Acapulco's climate is tropical and temperatures are relatively consistent year round.

Rental Policies
We will review the rate based on the number of people in your group.
We require 50% down by bank draft to book the time and the balance 30 days in advance of the rental.
No refund of deposit unless we are able to rent the villa for the timeframe booked.
