Stays during major holidays are more - please inquire $4000 security deposit required for monthly stays $1000 security deposit required for weekly stays ($1500 during peak season) One-time cleaning fee of $200 for weekly rentals which is taken from security deposit. Weekly Stays available during off-season Pets allowed with non-refundable deposit ($300 per pet up to $600 max) Rental application and signed agreement required Pool privileges with $100 non-refundable fee per stay

Rental Policies

No smoking in the house! Call homeowner regarding any needed repairs. Avoid bringing sand into the house. Homeowners' personal boat is docked and not to be accessed. Must put garbage and all refuse out on street curb every Monday morning. Garbage cans are to be kept in garage with the exception of being available Monday mornings for collection. Keys and garage door openers must be returned! Leave in drawer of kitchen desk. Must close all blinds and lock all doors and windows when leaving house at end of lease. Must bring in all patio cushions and store in garage prior to leaving house at end of lease. Close patio umbrella prior to leaving house at end of lease. Rinse feet and swimwear of all sand and foreign debris prior to entering jacuzzi. Jacuzzi panel box in kitchen on left side wall next to slider door. Upstairs air conditioning to be turned off prior to leaving house at end of lease. $300 per pet non-refundable (up to $600 max) $5000 security deposit (see refund policy) for monthly rentals $1500 security deposit (see refund policy) for weekly rentals One-time $200 cleaning fee to be deducted from security deposit (weekly rentals only). 50% nonrefundable deposit required at time of reservation to hold date. Remaining balance to be paid no less than 14 days prior to arrival along with any other deposits (i.e. security). Check out time is 11:00 a.m. (if adjustments need to be made, please contact us. We want to work with you!) Monthly Rentals: Any amount remaining from initial $5000 deposit after final payment will be returned within three weeks from last date of occupancy less any utilities, cleaning, repairs and household/food products replacement costs. Weekly Rentals: Any amount remaining from initial $1500 deposit will be refunded within three weeks from last date of occupancy less any fees associated with repairs, cleaning, movies/events on demand, utilities, etc.
