$500.00 resservation/security deposit required to hold reservation. Fully refundable as long as nothing broken, damaged or missing and all keys and garage door opener returned upon check out. $100.00 non refundable cleaning fee. $300.00 per pet, pet deposit upon owners approval .
Cancellation must be within 120 days prioir to check in.
