The Whispering Woods Vacation Home at the Lake of the Ozarks is the perfect getaway for a large gathering of friends, family or a business associates. The Whispering Woods home has 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and an additional bunk room that contains a separate set of bunk beds. In combination with the two sofa sleepers in the upper and lower level living area, this large lakefront home can comfortably accomodate up to 22 people. Six cars can be parked in the garage, driveway and off street parking area, with additional room for trailer and car parking available in a nearby lot.
The exterior of the home boasts 3 levels of decking, which allows 5 of the 7 bedrooms to exit onto the deck which looks out over the larger cove and out into the main channel. An oversize gas BBQ grill is provided with propane along with exterior tables. The lower level of the deck also contains a 7 person hot tub which also looks out over the cove as well as the three well private dock with two boat lifts and three PWC lifts, all available for your use. The dock features a set of swim steps off of a large swim platform, perfect for getting in and out of the water.
The interior of the home features a full kitchen in the lower level and half kitchen in the upper level. There are a total of 3 refrigerators in the home as well as an additional ice maker. The kitchen comes stocked with dish service, cups, plates, cookware for up to 22 people.
Both the upper and lower level living rooms contain 47 inch and 52 inch flat screen TV's. The master bedroom contains a flat screen LCD. Dish Network service is provided to all TV's as well as high speed wireless cable internet access. Ask about proximity to golf courses, boat rentals as well as local restaurants.
