Description of the Property

The Wineglass Inn

Wineglass Inn is Perfect for ski trips: 5 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, hot tub, Flat Screen Plasma TV, Gas Fireplace . This home is 45 minutes to Yellowstone National Park and only 45 minutes to Bridger Bowl Ski Resort!

The picturesque Wine Glass Inn Mountain Retreat was established in 1998 and was named after the historic Wine Glass Ranch that was located on Dry Gulch knoll overlooking the charming western town of Livingston. The home was originally designed to become a B&B or a Lodge that offers 5 large separate bedrooms with an attached bath. The central living/dining rooms and kitchen areas encourage large family gatherings.

From the moment you walk into this spectacular home that is located on 22 Acres on a knoll overlooking the town of Livingston, Montana, you realize that it features an unbelievable panorama. The Crazy Mountains, Absaroka Wilderness and Bozeman Pass offer a non-stop slideshow of images found nowhere else in the world.

Yet, this mountain retreat is less than 5 minutes to the rushing trout-filled waters of the Yellowstone River, 23 miles to the historic town of Bozeman and only 40 minutes to the original stone entrance of Yellowstone National Park. Attention to detail and the finest furnishings make this stunning mountain retreat unforgettable.

On-Site Amenities

The Wineglass Inn offers high-end amenities that are not usually found at one vacation home. A fully equipped gourmet kitchen has a gas burner stove, grill, tiled kitchen breakfast bar area.

The large "great room" offers a harvest table in the dining room, comfy overstuffed chairs, western decor, yet a new wall mounted flat screen TV and a thermostatically controlled gas fireplace.

The 5 spacious bedrooms have been professionally designed to reflect a specific western theme: the fly-fishing room, the cowboy room, western ranch room, etc. You will be delighted with the massive, luxury furniture and warm Berber carpeting, large double showers and bathtubs.

There is a sunroom that is designed with glass walls and a glass ceiling where a new 8 personal hot tub is found. The hot tub is accessed through double French, glass doors off of the "great room".

The last amenity is by far the most unique. The home has a solid pine deck and lodge pole swing. Guests often relax on the porch with a good book, a gentle breeze and a fantastic view of the Crazy Mountains. There are a few horse ranches down the mountain located away from the home on Dry Gulch Road. But, this "faraway view” lends to the feeling of truly visiting a western ranch for your private vacation in the Wineglass Mountains.
