Rental Policies
Rental rates are for up to 6 people. At no time are more than 6 people permitted to stay in the unit. Pets and smoking are not permitted in the unit at anytime. Anyone signing a rental agreement must be at least 18 years of age and no one under 18 years of age may stay without the presence of a responsible adult. Renters agree to treat the home as if it were their own. Upon departure, the unit will be left in clean condition with all trash removed prior to departure. Renter agrees to pay for any damages caused to the unit as a result of improper behavior or activities.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and balance to be paid no less than 14 days prior to rental.
Full refunds will be issued if rental is cancelled 30 days prior to first day of reservation. 50% refund will be issued if rental is cancelled 15 days prior to first day of reservation. 25% refund will be issued if rental is cancelled 7 days prior to first day of reservation. No refund will be issued if rental is cancelled within 6 days of first day of reservation.
