2 night minumum based upon 6 person occupancy.Rental Policies
Smoking is NOT permitted in house, but is permitted on patio only. Made service is offered 1 time a week FREE of charge for monthly rentals. Additional optional made service can be offered daily at an extra charge. Heating of pool and jacuzzi is available at extra charge. One time Cleaning fee of $125.00. Rental contracts are required. Rates are subject to change without notice prior to booking.
$500.000 Refundable Security Deposit to reserve your dates for a minumum of two nights. $1,200.00 Refundable Security Deposit for one week. All Rental Fees and Security Deposits must be made by Visa, Mastercard.
All rentals to be paid 60 days in advance or arrival or immediately if less than 60 days prior to arrival. REFUND POLICY: 60 days or more prior to arrival all money refunded. 45 days prior to arrival 1/2 money refunded. 30 days or less--all monies forfeited. Security deposit, (less on Demand Cable Charges incurred, if any) is completely refundable in full within 7 days of your departure, provided there is no damage to the property or its contents, items missing or there is an excessive amount of cleaning beyond what is considered normal.
