Located on Kauai's sunny South Shore in the Poipu Beach area, Brennecke's Beach Cottage will provide you with a peaceful and romantic atmosphere. Surrounded by the fragrance and beauty of tropical flowers and greenery, you'll look out over a breathtaking panorama of blue sea and sky.
Beautifully decorated in elegant island style the home is fully equipped with all the amenities of home and luxuries of vacation.
The kitchen is a wonderful place to enjoy the beautiful sights and sounds of the ocean as you whip up an island style meal on the lovely granite counters. Fully equipped with everything including a full-size washer and dryer we have been attentive to provide you with everything you may need to feel at home in paradise.
The Cottage features two bedrooms each with a private bath. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the second bedroom features two twin beds. Futon beds are available for kids allowing up to six people at no additional charge. More
For your home entertainment needs the cottage has cable TV, a Vcr/dvd player, stereo and stereo and wireless internet.

Rental Policies
Brennecke’s Beach Cottage is available year round for $2600 a week. Check in is at 4pm, Check out is at 10 am. It's best to reserve early to secure your desired dates. There's a $500 deposit, and a $150. charge for an expert cleaning. Payment is kindly requested 60 days prior to your arrival. Types of payment accepted are: Mastercard, Visa, Traveler's checks, personal checks, and business checks. Deposits must be received within 7 days of your reservation. The deposit will be promptly returned to you upon departure, less any extraordinary cleaning, long distance charges, or any damages that exceed normal wear.
Cancellations must be received at least 60 days prior to your planned arrival at Poipu Beach Hale. All cancellations are subject to a $100. cancellation fee. Cancellation notification of less than 60 days results in forfeiture of the full amount unless we are able to re-rent the unit to another party for the period affected by the cancellation.
