Inside the Bungalow is warm and inviting with its massive flagstone fireplace with a magical Amethyst inlayed for good Zen energy. There is one bedroom with a fluffy double pillow mattress with lush feather plush bedding that will make you feel like you¹re on a soft cloud. There is also a pull out couch for extra guests. NEW Weekly Rates $ 1,499 / Monthly $ 4,499 $395 per night (Sun-Thur) $495 per night (Fri-Sat) $375 per night (5 nights or longer)

Rental Policies

There is a two night minimum stay on weekends and during peak season and a three night minimum on holidays. Please call for current Specials. Check In is at 3pm Check OUT is at 11am

Deposits: All reservations require a 50% deposit of total due at the time of booking. Final Payment: Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation & Refunds: Written notification is required for cancellation. If written notification is received more than 30 days prior to the arrival date, all payments received, minus a 10% cancellation fee, will be refunded. If cancellation occurs within 30 days of arrival, any refund is subject to the ability to re-rent the property. If the property is not re-rented, no money will be refunded. If the property is re-rented, all payments, minus a $150 cancellation fee, will be refunded for the period of time the property is re-rented. No money is refunded in the event of an early departure. No Shows will be charged the entire amount of their reservation. We strictly enforce our cancellation policy and do not offer exceptions. Damage and theft: All property will be assessed after each guest's stay; any damage or theft will be immediately charged to the guest.
