No smoking, no pets. $500.00 deposit If all inventory of appliances, linens, plates, kitchen ware is intact. Condo needs to remain in same condition as first rented. Refund will be expected for any damage done to walls, furniture,appliances, etc. Full refund will be given if all is acceptable.
