Puerto Vallarta, sometimes called simply "PV," is part of the 42-mile coastline of the Bay of Banderas, considered one of the most beautiful bays in the world. Marina Vallarta is one of Latin America's largest marinas and well worth a visit. While near the water, you can water ski, surf, swim, snorkel or just relax with a book.
