The restaurant is clean, the food is delicious and the prices are inexpensive. While you are here, be partial towards seafood, especially shrimp, and do try the Margaritas and Pina coladas.
Carboncitos
Carboncitos is a bustling place that serves fresh food. The menu contains the likes of pumpkin seed salsa, and of course, tacos. The home-made chips and salsa are a delight, and with icy cold beer, it makes the perfect meal on a sunny day. If you are not too used to spicy food, it is wise to stick to salsas of pumpkin and the Pico de Giallo. The steak Fajitas here are outstanding. The portions are large; so order carefully. While you are here, do try the frozen Margaritas and the Mojito.
El Fogon
El Fogon is one of those restaurants that one cannot get enough of. It attracts large numbers of locals and tourists alike. The food is excellent and in lots of varieties, even for vegetarians and vegans to choose from. The bean soup served here is amazing along with the Bistec Tacos, chicken Quesadilla and also the Horchata, which is a traditional beverage. The staff is extremely friendly.
