Vail is known the world over for skiing and winter fun, but Vail condo rentals were the last thing the founders of the town had in mind on opening day in December 1962. Vail vacation rentals are now the thing to do when coming to the town that has already hosted two world skiing championships.
Back in the beginning, there were only four houses and very limited Vail lodging, along with 3 ski lifts. Today, Vail is the #1 ski resort in North America with 33 lifts and beautiful Vail lodging, and it attracts visitors who like to stay in Vail condo rentals from all over the world. The town is reasonably close to Denver and with 1.1 million visitors during the winter flocking to book Vail lodging, enthusiasts choose Vail vacation rentals to experience a Tyrolean Austrian village
The snow is soft and powdery, the slopes friendly, and since Blue Sky Basin opened in 2000, demand for Vail condo rentals has skyrocketed. The legendary Jean Claude Killy put the town on the map with his performances during the sixties, creating a boom in Vail condo rentals.
