The Independence Day celebration also includes live music, vendors and a beer tent. Filled with family-run businesses, visitors to Baroda vacation rentals will enjoy shopping in the many shops with local crafts or sitting along the main street chatting with local residents. The Village Park, which is along Hickory Creek, has lovely views of the creek and public tennis courts, basketball courts and a picnic pavilion for the public use. The larger Hess Lake Park has nature trails and fishing on the lake as well as a soccer field and baseball fields that the entire family can enjoy.
