For an excellent time skiing and snowboarding, Sisters, Oregon will be the ideal vacation. One of the most popular places to ski, the Hoodoo Ski Bowl, has a vertical drop of 1,030 feet. This slope has all levels of difficulty covered so you can be as intense as you'd like to be. Guests of Sisters cabin rentals can find something more laid back like going to McKenzie Pass-Santium Pass Loop. This loop is a scenic route with plenty of forestry and greens that dot the roads. Hiking is allowed in the loop during the summer and spring months. Be sure to bring a camera because it's doubtful you'll ever see views of this caliber. Golf lovers, do not worry. There is plenty of golfing to do here. Black Butte Ranch Golf Club is one of the best courses in the northwest. The play takes you through the woods and along a lake. This well maintained course is perfect for golfers of all levels. Aspen Lakes Golf Course is another course that's near Sisters vacation homes and Sisters vacation rentals. This course is more of a challenge for golfers because of the numerous elevation changes and the thicker sand traps. For great food and drinks, the Boathouse Grill is a wonderful place to eat.
