Originally named "Hayden's Divide," Divide is located on the north slope of Pikes Peak, Colorado. The area is a gateway to many of Colorado's National and State Parks and it is also home to 4,000 lucky year-round residents. Surrounded by Pikes Peak National Forest and Mueller State Park, this Teller County town offers an endless number of recreational activities such as rock climbing, kayaking, ATVing, bird and wildlife watching, mountain biking, camping, fishing, and hiking. During the winter months the area offers plenty of ice hockey, ice fishing, and ice skating as well as cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing.
