This pure mountain town connects to the largest network of free groomed Nordic trails in the nation and within the borders of this 25-square-mile village, visitors will find the second largest ski mountain in Colorado with close to 150 miles of trails, and surrounded by a wilderness area that's straight out of a movie. Snowmass also has plenty of cafes, restaurants, boutiques and popular places like the Snowmass Rodeo to keep visitors busy when they're not hitting the slopes.
