Pahoa Vacation Homes for Sale

Pahoa Basics

Known for frequent volcanic activity, thanks to Pele (Kilauea volcano), Pahoa is a tiny Hawaiian village (of sorts) with only one small road and no electricity. But who needs electricity when you're in town to relax, reenergize, and more importantly - disconnect? If you want to take a walk, jump in your car and head to Lava Trees State Monument Park for a mesmerizing stroll or Puna, Kehena (nude) Beach - where you can really let your hair down. Puna, Kehena also has the only boat launch and pier in the area. Other points of interest are the buried village of Kalapana and MacKenzie State Park.
