How do I log in to maintain my listing?

Log in here. After you log in, you may change all aspects of your listing. You are presented with forms very similar to the forms that you filled out to create the listing, however the current listing information is displayed in the form fields and may be edited.

I lost my password how do I retrieve it?

Clicking on the following link will allow you to obtain your password. Once you enter your email address it will be mailed to the email address on your account. Change your password here

Where do I go to update my photos?

To add and maintain your photographs, proceed to the Photograph Administration Tool. You will be prompted for your email address and account password. Once you are logged in, you will be able to maintain the photographs for your property.

How do I update my availability calendar?

Log in here. After you log in, you can update your availability calendar by simply checking off the unavailable dates.

How do I go about choosing an appropriate rate for renting my property?

The appropriate rate to charge is will be different for every property. Location, what unique features you have to offer and the time of year you plan to rent your property will play the largest role, market demand will determine the rest. In researching how to price your property you are encouraged to seek out other properties on VacationHomes.com in your area with similar features to get an idea of where to begin. The rate you decide on is ultimately up to you. Be sure you are comfortable with the price you come up with.

May I Provide Links To Other Web pages?

Yes, you may add a link to another site that has information about your rental. If you are listing more than one property, each of your properties will have a link to a page which displays summary information of all your properties listed with us and a link to each one.
